This mixed-use riverfront development, with its close proximity to Valley Forge Park and its rich historical past, proved to be a refreshing site in the suburban office market. Providing hotel, office, retail, daycare, residential apartments, and restaurants, this live, work, and play atmosphere links together Rubin Filmmaking’s historic brick buildings totheir new glass-and-precast office structures. The campus-like atmosphere of the site makes the best use of river views in building placement, as well as screening of structured parking. The bike path from Philadelphia was rerouted adjacent to the river down a long promenade accented with landscaping, seating, and lighting.
