After several studies, we decided to build a new two-story addition where a portion of a one-story manufacturing facility once stood. This concept gave us the ability to set the front façade further away from the street, thus creating a proper setting for our 15-foot floor-to-floor office addition, as well as much-needed parking space. Light-colored brick with dark banding, featuring aluminum diamond ties, brick-corbelled cornice and entrance canopy, grace the Germantown Pike façade. Our curved lobby roof and sunshade further communicate the "tech type" image desired by our client.
