EXECUTIVE PARK AT EAST GATE
112 West Park was the winner of the 2007 award for Rehab / Renovation, Best Real Estate deals by the Philadelphia Business Journal. This 1960’s era one story - 114,000 square foot facility, has been given a transformation in function and appearance. The drab building was updated with a new E.F.I.S. exterior that enhances the buildings strong modern look along with a new space plan that has attracted tenants.
