Converted a former water-treatment machinery plant into a “Palm Beach of the northeast” style, fast-paced, leading fashion-house headquarters. Beginning with a 1950s relic of modern architecture, we elected to sculpt a friendly but glamorous Palm Beach façade graced in pink. Our challenge was to bring this elegant, refined look found in a warm climate to the northeast in King of Prussia. Working with the brick elements found in the previous building, we achieved this through our use of limestone-looking banding and pastel-colored walls with punched openings trimmed with thin moldings.
