This 30-year-old structure took on new luster following our renovation. We began by replacing all of the bronze-tinted glass with new green-tinted glass and aluminum frames in the existing openings. We call attention to the main entrance through the use of various height parapet walls at the roofline. Elaborate metal-panel canopies provide cover from weather and direct the eye to the entrance of the building. Brick walls were cut out, giving way to large full-height windows that return at the corners with metal-panel eyebrows above.
