• Complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of former State School and Hospital to Class A offices

Completed in 2003, this Vincent Kling-designed State School and Hospital took on an entirely new look both inside and out, including the removal of all brick panels and windows down to the cast-in-place concrete frame. Blue-tinted floor-to-ceiling glass was used to infill the structural bays and replace precast heads and sill trims  Built into a hill, the building features two lobbies located on different levels. Completely new interior finishes included anigre wood wall panels, granite flooring, drywall ceilings with cove lighting, lighting fixtures, and articulated column designs.
