Phase I included the complete renovation and repositioning of three former Lockheed Martin R&D buildings to corporate offices. Working with existing building configurations through the placement of entrance lobbies, parking fields and food service areas,we reinforced our campus concept to unite the buildings and give them a sense of place. Phase II proposed development called for land planning of 50 acres to yield a total of 500,000 square feet of corporate offices.
