Clients desired a new building image more compatible with the high-end tenants moving there. T E H architects decided to cover the existing façade with a new transitional and classical design featuring engaged pilasters, cornice parapets, and new glass and frames. Now, the building takes on a new and more appropriate proportion along Lancaster Ave.
