Our objective is to create an exciting and attractive exterior façade that will promote leasing and blend in with the future buildings planned. One new 3-story core and shell 84,000 GSF office building and the core and shell renovation of an existing 35,000 SF warehouse. The existing warehouse will keep pre-cast concrete wall panels and the windows will be replaced.
